Get in touch with us by email if you have a question about an OSAM product or need a repair. We will try our best to respond as soon as possible. However, it may take us longer for us to get back to you depending on the nature of your inquiry. Please note that we will respond to inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays in Japan or between December 28 and January 4 on the next business day or later.
